During the registration process you have to create your
personal account for easier booking of additional services later or modifcation of personal data listed in the participant list. Click here for instructions on how to modify/remove personal data on/from the participant list.
In case you would like to register more than one person (e.g. yourself & an accompanying person or even a group), choose
group booking in the first step of the booking process.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and corresponding regulations by authorities at the time of the meeting, we might be forced to limit the number of physically present participants. Therefore, register early!

Hotel rooms must be booked directly with the Davos Tourist Office (free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival). Bookings via EAAP or Organizers Switzerland Ltd. are not possible. >> Booking link

Please note, that all fees have to be settled prior to the beginning of the congress. Delayed payments will be subject to a surcharge of CHF 30.-.
Amendment and cancellation policy
AmendmentsAmendments or the booking of additional offers is free of charge. Name changes are subject to an administrative fee of CHF 70.- and only possible prior to the cancellation of the preceding booking.
Cancellation - related to COVID-19
In case of inability to attend due to official COVID regulations of authorities (proven by official documents by the participant which should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat (Organizers) by email: email@example.com): Change to virtual participation and difference in registration fee fully refunded without administration fee.
In the event of cancellation by the organizer: Full refund without administration fee.
Cancellation - in all other cases
The following terms and conditions are applicable:
24h after booking: Full refund, excluding administration fee of CHF 70.- From
1st of July 2021: 50% refund From
1st of August 2021 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund Double bookings or bookings, that are cancelled within 24h after the intial booking are free of charge.
In the event of cancellation by the participant, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat (Organizers) by email:

Please note that the cancellation of the conference participation is not associated with the cancellation of the hotel room. Hotel rooms must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.
